Let's see now: front ironwork has to go, needs new front bumper, original wheels and tyres, maybe equivalent stuff on the back, but I'd vote for the bodywork to stay too, cleaned and painted of course.
That cab isn't as straightforward as it looks. You'd think someone just shortened a Carryall shell and dropped it on, but look at the shape of the two rear side windows and the full length rain gutters. Looks to me like that might be made from a pair of two-wheel drive cabs ( note the window centre winder )
