M1113 mods
I've been working on my M1113 and thought I'd share my progress. I started with removing the 2 man top and adding rear seat mounting rails using the correct Cherry rivets and also added 1/4-20 nutserts to one rail for the front 2 TCM mounting bolts. I painted the interior green with Sherwin Williams CARC type IX, went on great, no issues. I used a $20.00 Harbor Freight gun with a .7 tip and tossed it when I was done.

Re: M1113 mods
I was lucky to have most of the stuff to do this sitting around for another project and got super lucky with the seats. The M1113 canvas has a bit of shine to it, it looks really good. I had two sets of 4 NOS seats laying around and one of the sets ended up being from the same manufacturer and has the exact same shiny material. So my new rears match the fronts perfectly. The second set of 4 seats I have is more like a regular canvas. I also had the 1151 floor insulation so we put that in. it's green, but looks nice. I still have to remove the electrical panel behind the commander seat and modify it so that the RR passenger floor insulation will tuck under it.

Re: M1113 mods
Added Koch rear lap and shoulder belts, sponsons, C-Pillar, rear door strikers, hinges and some other stuff today. Still have to locate and drill for the backup nut plate for the rear sponson mounting plates by the tailgate, the M1113 body doesn't have them pre installed.

More pics, I like driving it open top and with no doors, but put some 1/2 doors on today so the kids wouldn't fall out! it's starting to look pretty good.

The trucks came with the radio decks installed and pre wired for power and antennae.

Re: M1113 mods
Was that roof setup that was on your truck made by the company named MAK?

Re: M1113 mods
Nice ride Tony. The close out panel behind commanders seat can be changed to the 1151/1165 for more toe room.
Any chance you can post pictures of the ac lines and wires under the tunnel to the rr condenser and where the wires are p-clamped? Same with engine area around right side with ac line routing and wiring.

Re: M1113 mods
We've mounted the roof, added front shoulder belts, Rhino and 1151 style mudflaps. It's coming together.
