Does anybody have any information as to what wires go where on a turn signal lever/flasher for a 67' M38A1.....I have a new harness from the turn signal lever to the flasher unit....all wires are marked as numbers eg: 460, 461, 460-22 and so on....but the (6) wires for the 4 blinkers (that plug into the lever-to-flasher harness) are labelled as J, K, L and so on....my wife pulled them apart before I was able to record where they respectively plugged into. I do have a wiring diagram off the internet but when zoomed in enough to read its too blurry. Help....
Thanks,
lesk

Here is something I wrote up for the M-715. It is the same vintage so maybe it will help?

Re: 67' M38A1 flasher/signal wiring diagram
Wow....thanks Bob W.....that's exactly what I was looking for and could not find. So why are the male connectors (from the lights) marked as A, B, J, K, L & E and not tagged as the actual lights (as per wiring diagram 460, 460-22, 461, 461-22) as they are tagged on the female connectors flasher to signal lever harness?
Many thanks,
lesk

The control unit (lever) and flasher unit are labeled with letters not numbers.

Perfect timing!
I've been staring at my harness, diagrams and schematics trying to figure out the same thing!
Thanks for posting Bob.
