I found 6 pictures at the following link while looking for something else, as usual.
I looked through all 20 pages of his pictures, all the jeep photos are on page 1.

My MB has the same markings on it ( VERY NICE UNRESTORED MB 1943 ) check it out cheers WOLFHOUNDS HQ KMAG

This second image is from '51, when cease-fire negotiations first started. Notice the last one especially, someone cut off the front of a jeep and turned it into a trailer, and perhaps a VIP seating transport. Seems to have a step or something on the very end of it. These are very cleaned and shined up for transporting the VIPs.

That "trailer" is just a bad scan of a photograph in a book.
