M38 Production Year

I bought a very original M38 and would like to know the approximate date of production? The vin plate behind the passenger seat is MC-32738. The dash plate is missing. I have not found a good website that has has production years as of yet.

I searched willysmjeeps and it appears around August or Septemeber 1951 DOD. For sure a 1951. John

Thank You Jim, I checked the Nguni number today and it is RMC-110634. A replacement engine as I understand. Mine has all original gauges and the speedometer has 43k miles on it. Hope most of the miles were on the previous engine.
