And supposedly someone on the board knows where it is but the owner does not want to sell it yet. Can't say who the person is but this vehicle is supposedly out there in the wild.

I have the manual for the proto type here. I think it is dated 1952, it was issued to the Marine sergeant who was tasked to drive the jeep every day. and just report on what he found.
